Crown Promenade Hotel
Southbank, Melbourne

Designed to complement the successful Crown Entertainment Complex and its existing hotel Crown Towers, this 23-storey, four and a half star, 465-room hotel presents itself to the market as a hotel and conference centre aimed at the business, convention and leisure market.

Linked to the existing Complex via an aerobridge, the stand alone facility comprises 3 luxury suites, 18 studios, 51 corner king rooms, 261 king rooms, 132 twin rooms, extensive conference and convention facilities, a business centre, and pool and gym area. Dining options include a 280-seat Mesh restaurant, 80-seat Tonic Bar and in-room food and beverage facilities.

The innovative planning provides flexibility for the operators with room types, conference and pre-function areas. The project is also very carefully designed and detailed to meet the strict budget requirements of the client.
