The project is a mixed use development with three residential levels, one commercial strata units level and one retail/commercial level.Bates Smart has created a new envelope that acknowledges and contributes to the surrounding context, retaining the character of the Broadway street edge and respecting the transition down Glebe Point Road.
The new proposed height of the building respects its surroundings and the building itself will become a landmark site as both entrance to the city and to Glebe Point Road.
