Bates Smart has recently won a competitive design process to deliver three predominantly residential buildings within the Waterfront precinct in Darwin.Bates Smart’s winning concept developed a unique tropical architecture for the structures and landscaping of the site that responded to its natural and built environment while remaining distinctly individual within constrained budgetary allowances. The design incorporates a mixed use development that accommodates:
