Bates Smart has provided the conceptual designs and preferred material selections for public areas in this high rise residential tower. Our design studies include the ground floor lobbies, the level 6 swimming pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium, lounge, cinema and library as well as the level 67 sky lounge and pool.
Bates Smart’s concepts illustrate a refined and sophisticated approach to urban living, in line with a contemporary 5 star hotel; their further development and delivery are by Prima Pearl’s base building architects.
