Health Facility Planner Melbourne
We are seeking a Senior Health Facility Planner for our Melbourne office. Reporting to and assisting the Health Director, the successful candidate will work at the front end of medium to large-scale acute health projects. In addition to managing clients, the Health Planner will work closely with Directors in strategic and detailed health planning. The role will also involve facilitating user groups, managing a health planning project team, and combining sound health planning with quality interiors and architectural design to produce timeless and integrated design solutions. Candidates will have previously lead a team of health architects on medium to large-scale projects, and have a sound technical understanding of health planning principles and guidelines (UK or Australian). Proven experience in client management is essential, as is a detailed understanding of the level of information and processes required to deliver acute health facilities. Applicants must be comfortable working on large, fast-track healthcare projects, and be willing to travel. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and/or a clinical training background is essential, along with exposure to laboratory design.
