Sheree leads the Health, Science + Education group within Bates Smart. With experience gathered here and overseas she is skilled in the design of highly complex buildings where both operational efficiency and the spirit of innovation are paramount. Her passion for developing an insightful brief and holistic design response is reflected in her approach to client business objectives, stakeholder engagement, design resolution and project governance.
Working on both public and private projects, Sheree brings over 20 years of professional experience to our team. Sheree has extensive experience in masterplanning, feasibility and functional briefing studies, schematic and detailed facility planning, following through to implementation.
Most recently Sheree has been leading the new Royal Children’s Hospital team in stakeholder engagement, briefing and planning.
